Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using BoxFlipping. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BoxFlipping.
What BoxFlipping does
BoxFlipping helps sellers manage products and turn them into listings on eBay. You add products and photos, review drafts, connect your eBay store, and publish when you are ready. BoxFlipping is a tool. The listings you send to eBay are yours, and the selling business behind them is yours.
Accounts, workspaces, and roles
You need an account to use the app. Each account works inside workspaces, and the workspace owner controls who belongs to the workspace and what role each person holds. Owners can add and remove members and change roles. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, so keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Plans and payments
BoxFlipping offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale plans. Each plan sets listing limits and features, and the current details appear during signup and in your account settings. Paid plans can be billed monthly or once a year. Paying yearly costs 20 percent less than paying the monthly price for the same year. Payments are processed by ThriveCart, and we do not store your full card number. Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel in your account settings or through ThriveCart, and cancellation stops future renewals. If a payment cannot be completed, paid features may pause until the payment succeeds.
Affiliate program
BoxFlipping runs an affiliate program through ThriveCart. Affiliates earn 40 percent of the payments that a customer they referred makes during the first year that customer is with BoxFlipping, including upgrade payments made inside that first year. Earnings are tracked and paid under the affiliate program rules shown in ThriveCart.
Connecting your eBay store
eBay is a service run by eBay Inc. and it is separate from BoxFlipping. When you connect a store, you approve the connection on eBay, and BoxFlipping can then create and manage listings for that store. You stay responsible for your listings, your prices, your shipping, your returns, and for following eBay rules and the law. eBay sets its own fees and makes its own decisions about listings and accounts. BoxFlipping cannot control those decisions and is not responsible for them.
Your content
Your products, photos, and listing text belong to you. You give BoxFlipping permission to store them, copy them, display them inside the app, and send them to eBay or another connected service when you ask us to publish or update a listing. That permission lasts while your account is open and ends for content you delete, handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
Acceptable use
Use BoxFlipping for lawful selling only. Do not list goods you have no right to sell. Do not use the service to defraud buyers or marketplaces. Do not try to reach accounts, data, or systems you have no right to reach. Do not interfere with the service or try to break its limits. When your selling happens on eBay or another marketplace, follow the rules of that marketplace as well.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep BoxFlipping running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will never contain mistakes, or that listings will publish at an exact moment. Marketplaces change their systems and rules, and those changes can affect what BoxFlipping can do. Keep your own records of anything important.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BoxFlipping is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect damages that come from using the service or being unable to use it. If we are found liable for a claim connected to BoxFlipping, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Ending an account
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. You can ask us to close your account by emailing support@boxflipping.com. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. When an account closes, we handle the stored information as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use BoxFlipping after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States.
